Wow. Evan has been a lifesaver at our property! He has done multiple projects for us which include a whole new drainage system that connects to our barn downspouts, new drainage tiles under drives, dirt excavation, fire pit installation, gravel spreading, & he was willing to help Educate us on what we needed! Evan and Jordan have done multiple projects at our house, one to site prep and level for a shed to be built and the other to regrade around the house where water was running into the house. We’ve had ongoing issues with our sump pump since our home was built about five years ago. My husband is pretty handy and even replaced the sump pump himself, hoping that would solve the problem—but unfortunately, it didn’t. We eventually realized the issue was likely a clogged or broken drainage line. After looking into a few options and hearing great things, we decided to reach out to E&J Land Services LLC—and we’re so glad we did. From the start, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to work with. He showed up with all the necessary equipment and got straight to work. What really impressed us was how efficient he was. He completed the job in just a few hours—and how careful he was with our yard. Despite using large equipment, he left minimal mess behind, which we truly appreciated. On top of all that, their pricing was very reasonable. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers. We wouldn’t hesitate to call E&J Land Services LLC again for any future needs and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with similar issues!

Evan is awesome. I had a long trench in my yard from some previous septic work, and he was able to get it all perfectly graded and ready for seed. When I called, he was out the next day to have a look, and the job was done the following week. Would go with them again in a heartbeat.
